I knew everyone had signed on for three movies but I didn't know the next one was scheduled to come out then! That's really cool! Apparently it's going to have something to do with "refugees" b/c the guy that's writing the novelization released the title of the next book.
& I didn't really like the Spock/Uhura thing either. It doesn't really fit into TOS. But I like that JJ added some romance~

Oh yea. I went with my brother, and two neices. I loved Chris and Zach. And this is a personal thing, but I wasn't too fond of the Spock/Uhura relationship...I mean, it wasn't horrible...just...eh. Didn't work for me. But I still gave the movie an A+. The action/comedy was perfectly blended together, and when the movie was over, I was like "more!" Luckily, they'll be making two more Star Trek movies; the next one's scheduled to come out in 2011. Cool, right? ^_^

Oh yeah, I've seen Star Trek XI 3 times! It's an excellent movie, one of my favourites! Both Chris and Zachary were excellent in it. Have you seen it?

Yea; it's good to at least to have SOME romance in it...I wonder if they'll deepen the Spock.Uhura dynamic, or have them break up? I mean even if its an alternate timeline, some of the TOS touches should stay, right? Spock/Uhura isn't really canon...but all well. I'l just ignore that part; my favorite scenes are with Kirk and Spock together. They're sooo cute! *squeals like a pathetic fangirl* Sigh. They are both so cute, and having them in the same scene is double the fun, if you get it. XD
