Quite a few GM products are made in Mexico. I own a HHR and it says," Made in Mexico" on the driver's side door pillar. Any," American" car that has the VIN that begins with the number 3, was made in Mexico. That also includes Chrysler and Ford products as well!!!!!!!!! Next time you look at new cars, check this out!!!!!!! Finally, Quite a few are made in Canada Too!!! Their VIN's begin with the numbers 2 or 4 depending on manufacture. hope that clears things up!!!!!
