  • obviously telecasters or stratocaster? weres the les paul man? you can get some amazing silky tones from a les paul

  • I was into the Big Gauge = Big Tone myth during my SRV days until i realized it was complete crap.

  • 8's no way..... maybe for a brand new player... not enough material to make tone

    real meat comes from 11's and 12's
