WLS Blog - My Story 1/8/10

So this is a video of me talking about my story. I have not always been overweight. I gained weight from emotional eating. I had a hard year last year. I'm healthier now. I'm going to the gym 5 times a week, and I've hired a personal trainer. So far I've lost 20 pounds.

Beautiful messsge. I lost my 22 year old daughter in 03 to a pulmonary embolus also. I have gained over 100 lbs since. Awaiting approval for surgery. 7 mos before my daughters death my. Oldest daughter lost her baby. Terrible year. I, like you ,am ready for a healthy life again I ate to forget.hope 2010 is great for you and me. Good luck You deserve it!! Deb

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's so hard to lose someone you love care care about. I hope you get approved for surgery and on the road to weight loss success! You deserve it. Keep your chin up. Remember, eat to live, not live to eat. That's the best advice I've ever been given! 2010 is going to a good year for both of us!
