That spoiler actually makes the boxy rear look a little bit better... (i personally dont like the rear, too boxy)

I have never cared for the Scion Toyotas. But THIS is one sweet looking ride. I love the rear end, and the side of the car is real cool looking. The new boxy-ish look for the Tc works IMO. The front end doesn't look like it really belongs with the rest of the car but......that's what aftermarket grills, hoods, fenders, bumpers and headlights are there for. ME LIKEY!!!

See I like this better than my older generation only when it has this TRD package. Without the wheels and spoiler I'm not as much of a fan. I still like it, but overall I genuinely do like the 08' a little better

its called the helmet look. I think it looks better now than it did before. 05-06 Models looked a bit too girly.

@bradnc1988 I was still not really sure when I saw the first photos and video, however today I came upon one in the wild. I gave it a good look for a few minutes, it's beautiful...I think it looks significantly better than the previous model.
From the photos and video I would NEVER have said that, but once I saw it in person it looked totally different. It looks fantastic! (saw it in the deep blue/purple color)

Certain aspects are better...but overall the appearance of the 05-06 model is still more appealing. The square coupe ruins it for me. Love the new front end though.
