  • You have fall for fear paranoia.

  • I don't understand what you were trying to convey in this comment.

  • Good arguement but the government doesnt need to teach our kids anything in school. Social Studies class is already in school thats all kids need. They can teach civics but they have to teach thuggery and tyranny as well. Give more money to the schools but dont ask questions just like they treat our unbreakable banks.

  • I don't understand your argument against public education. School funding and positions within the school are filled by a board of education, which is a democratically elected body. You don't elect the heads of banks.

  • Right on

I think we should all have the first 10 ammendments memorized. Of course, My ability to recite them isn't much higher then other peoples (Let's see, the 4th says you don't need to house soldiers in your home, the fifth says you need not admit guilt, the 6th is search warrants . . . ) I'm a hypocrite but I still think it's a good idea

  • Here's an annoying catch:

Until a couple of years ago, there was no individual right to bear arms. The supreme court ruling of the individual right happened less than three years ago.

    Here's what i think:

The right to bear arms makes it easier for people who survive on nature or who hunt. The catch is that people often overestimate the effectiveness and importance of their guns. No one is ever realistic about a guns capabilities and weaknesses.

  • I understand the elected body of faculty. My main concern is with giving the federal government anymore influence in the schools. Its apparent that the Department of Education doesnt know how to properly educate our kids and I feel that only giving them another avenue to get involved with education can not be beneficial to the children. The bank comment was just to show that if they can give 1 trillion to greedy banks and not ask questions why not put a trillion into our schools and do same.
