I did it. I purchased a high-end coffee pot, a BUNN! (also known as Bunn-o-Matic) Watch in amazement as I open it for the first time on August 17, 2008. "Nothing brews like a BUNN!"

  • Well I have had my Bunn for 21 years with no repairs

  • Two Tools Counting you

  • And, just for posterity, here is your post which you have deleted:

"hey watcher if one is defective than millions are oh and what about the recall how many junkomatics got recalled hum i wonder thank you" - stonieburk

  • The fact that you deleted a comment that fits with what only a troll would say seems to cement my assertion that you're here to just criticize without basis.

Go and enjoy your coffee from your Braun appliance; a company who has built their reputation on making some of the world's finest electric razors.

  • Furthermore, if you claim to work for Bunn and have intimate knowledge of their operations, including their QA, then why did you bother to buy one in the first place if you had intimate knowledge of bad quality?

Your claims just don't hold up to scrutiny.

  • As for facts, it's very easy to claim them.

But, it's another thing entirely to PROVE THEM.

You see, your "facts" are not so unless you have EVIDENCE that proves them so.

And, mind you, this was not a topic of QA, but of reasonable action.

You bought a coffee maker that broke, but you didn't give them another chance to confirm whether or not the product was worth it. Ergo, your actions and thoughts are quite unreasonable.

  • I doubt your claim and credentials.

And, you need a refresher of what a troll is.

"A troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion."

  • troll i have been working at bunnomatic for 16 years i think i know what i am talking about they do not have a qa worth bragging about thats why there are so many problems know your facts troll boy

  • @stonieburk

Furthermore, I've spoken with a person who has a video of a Bunn coffeemaker that went up in flames (which was part of the recall).

He told me how Bunn handled it: they shipped him a replacement quickly and at no charge.

Seems like they care enough to earn my business.

  • @stonieburk

Yes, reference a five year old recall for a model that's not been in the market since 2004.

    Go troll somewhere else.
