The theologian and historian Valdemir Mota de Menezes is a meditation on the First Letter of Paul to Timothy Priest. First, Paul calls on the last times, where Christian groups are apostates, a living Christianity deviated from the true Gospel. Paul calls the doctrine of demons forced celibacy and vegetarianism. The sport has always been repressed by the Christian spiritual and even physical exercise has little value. It ends with an exhortation to Timothy to take care of your salvation, practicing all spirit.

O téologo e históriador Valdemir faz uma meditação sobre a Primeira carta do apóstolo Paulo ao Presbítero Timóteo. Primeiramente Paulo exorta sobre os Ultimos Tempos, onde os grupos cristãos serão apóstatas, vivendo um cristianismo desviado do Verdadeiro Evangelho. Paulo chama de doutrina de demônios o Celibato e o vegetarianismo forçado. O esporte sempre foi reprimidos pelos cristãos espirituais e mesmo o exercício físico tem pouca valia. Termina com uma exortação para que Timóteo cuide da sua salvação, praticando exercícios do espírito.
