  • I struggle to get this, child poverty in the UK, child allowance, child tax credits. It's down to what parents spend welfare handouts on, if it's spent on ale, cigarettes, takeouts, scratch cards etc then I've no doubt some kids live in poverty which their parents clearly put them in. Put your children's needs 1st & they will not be in poverty.

  • Yes this is very true due to poor social programs and gov cuts.

  • British Columbia has the highest child poverty rate!
