Wade robson project - Michelle

Dance competition called the Wade robson project. I think this was back in 2003. I think Michelle is the best dancer in that bunch. Sadly she only got 2nd. This is her first round where she have to dance spontaneously to the music given. Very good!

Well... depends how u see dance as. Melinda's good.. she can goof around and has lotsa creative ideas.. but michelle's got the techniques.

Furthermore... She has absolutely no footwork. Pirouettes do not a dancer make. Melinda's much more talented. She's graceful, tenacious and controlled all at the same time. That's what this style of dance requires. Precision. Footwork. Grace.

okay.. in terms of hip hop.. yeah.. i guess melinda has more "flavor" so to speak. Grace... melinda? hmm i think michelle is more graceful. I'm not saying what u think is wrong. I'm not saying what i think is right either. Haha.. so chill. I learn dance myself, and to me melinda is a very creative dancer. She has a lot of ideas. your quote on "pirouettes do not a dancer" is kinda wrong. If dancers dun do pirouettes, who does? Pirouettes is a technique, not everyone can do it.

Point being i think michelle's a good dancer. You think melinda's good dancer. so.. just leave it at that lol BUt seriously, what melinda does is easier to pick up and learn by non dancers. NOn dancers just cant go around and do pirouettes and stuffs. Agree?

I've seen half-baked ballet dancers do pirouettes.

You can teach ballet. You can't teach "flavor".

Either you have it...or you don't.

yups.. agreed.. u eitehr have the talent or u dont. Some ppl learn for ages but still cant get it right. But this is a dance competition so dig out talented amatuer dancers.. i'm sure melinda have a reason not staying while michelle got the chance all through finals. look, i'm just sharing a video i like. would really appreciate if we could stop this thing. seriously, i'm just trying to share a video which would give entertainment to someone. =)

The best dancer out of ALL OF EM' is Jabari!!!! I forget if he made it to the finale... but he did such a good job free stylin at the beginning of the show ;)

I remember i was in love with this show. Part of the spark that started my dancing life lol. Never even had a thought i'd be doing the same thing as michelle lol. This show need to be brought back cause it was cool. People underestimate dancers & dance a LOT. & more focus needs to be put on the dancing industry (not by competition shows either)
