Whenever I watch the scenes with Phil and Dave Chappelle in Pilots and Pens Lost, I end up crying with laughter. Wally was incredible on that show.

I LOVE Phil! So cute so bitchy so sexy! Even then Wally would show a wonderful sense of harsh irony and a noticeable lack of inhibitions as an actor! 'though, if compared to Phil, David Hodges is Snow White!

Wally and Rip were the best on the show. Of course that's a personal opinion.
