Before any 7 Pipe Pro can leave the factory, we subject it to a battery of tests. We use the standard of tests developed by the ISO, or International Standards, Organization, an international consortium that develops quality standards for all sorts of products.
This video demonstrates the "Continuous Flame" test, which states that a lighter must be able to be lit for a minimum of 2 minutes without any subsequent damage to the functionality or safety of the lighter.
This lighter finally petered out at a mark of 18 minutes, having been continuously lit the whole time, without any subsequent damage.
Other tests include the "Inverted Angle" test, the Drop test, the "Elevated Temperature" test, the "Internal Pressure" test, the "Cyclic Burning" test, and the "Flame Extinction" test.
EVERY 7 PIPE PRO THAT LEAVES THE FACTORY HAS PASSED EVERY ONE OF THOSE TESTS, ACCORDING TO ISO 9994 STANDARDS.
You could have kept the cam rolling until the end, and then through video editing fast forward the video and we could visually see the time going, although faster than normal, until the flame had extinguished.
But good work otherwise.
