This basically proves that Hataya (who made this mix) did Quartz Quadrant (Good Future) (and by extension, Quartz Quadrant (Present)) and even Tidal Tempest (Good Future). Between this and the Sonic CD Ambient Mix, it would appear that Hataya did all the Good Future arranges whilst Ogata, with his "techno power mix," did the Bad Future arranges (except MM).
The Past arranges, being a simplistic version of Present, are surely done by whoever did the Present arrange (i.e. the original version).
