@posch21 I lost 12 lbs my first trimester and have only gained back 1lb so far. I was told as long as I'm eating it balanced that if i only gain back that 12lbs that's enough. (I do hope to gain a little more though, lol) I'm due in August, and gained less than 20lbs with my other 2 kids who were 7lb and 8lb respectively. I have no stretch marks and lost the weight within a month at max. So it is possible.

anything's possible! i'm pregnant for the second time and am terrifed of labor. yup. going raw for me to see if this works. last pregnancy, just eating normal, i gained like 20 pounds, but NONE of that went to my boobs. they only grew after my baby was born. and i had no swelling. just 20 pounds of fat! hahaha, but i prefer to call them "maternal stores."

Is this a joke? lol

@posch21 . . . did you not hear the narrator say she didn't have any swelling? That means she didn't have water retention =.=

well during my pregnancies i gained a total of 7 pounds with my son and 9 pounds with my daughter by cutting out the soda snacks and sugars it was only after birthing them that i unfortunately gained 15 pounds so i believe anything is possible

have any of you done raw for 17 years and labored children through those years?....nope I DON'T THINK...SOOOO! please keep an open mind for your own benefit that is~you have to live it to experience it.~all these numbers that you are factoring in do not apply to a raw foodist that has more than 10years in the lifestyle. Please read up and research the benefits of Raw foods and live it than you can assume whatever you want...;)

I mean She looks Amazing! But I think the 10lbs is no realistic weight gain for any pregnant woman the naturally reasons : 3 pounds Breast 2 pounds Womb 2 pounds Baby 7.5 pounds Placenta 1.5 pounds Aminotic Fluid 2 pounds Fat & Protein 7 pounds Retained Water 4 pounds
I am not sure about just gained only 10lbs? Are you sure? Just the placenta wait 6lbs + the water liquid + blood + baby weight
Can you give the correct weight info please...

@posch21 Well, I do not know this woman personally nor did I make the documentary. I know other accounts of women who were 100% raw, had quick deliveries and experienced no childbirth pain. There are other women who are 100% raw and don't experience PMS. I don't speak for all women eating raw food, but I know this experience has been talked about many times. So being I heard of this experience many times I decided to post this documentary for educational purposes. Her name is Jinjee Talifero.
