Here is a summary of a horrible customer service experience i am currently going through with Ivyskin. Their products may be good but, from what i have experienced, they are seriously lacking in customer service skills. Buyer Beware. It has been a month since i ordered my case and it still hasn't shown up, even though i paid for 2-3 day shipping.
Just had quite the brawl with "Tom" on the phone. Tom is apparently the sales rep, customer service rep, supervisor, manager, rude, disrespectful, combative, unreasonable, and certified ***hole face of Ivyskin. Thank god for credit card disputes and the BBB

FYI the BBB has just removed accreditation from IvySkin, so the lesson to be learned here is that if you get crap service then complain to the BBB and don't back down. Going through the BBB costs you nothing but time. I had to go up to the point of scheduling arbitration before IvySkin caved, gave me a full refund plus my other demands.

Mike Wissman is allgedly the boss. Look up on the BBB site for ivyskindotcom and the information will be there. They are trying to rip me off at the moment too.

hey i live in nj and your right the cs sucks over there not to mention after to weeks the case started peeling but i have the t4 with the built in glass go case tho besides that case was nice is your peeling?
