NC Courts are a total fraud and the traitor judges know this. I know this from experience. I am in the courts regularly and what we currently have is blatantly CRIMINAL! Laws that conflict with the constitution are NULL AND VOID OF LAW! You are wrong about the license thing. You can't get a license for doing what is illegal or unlawful. @provc The courts are indeed blatantly criminal. This is why more people are needed to bring the actions of these courts public. Also agree on unconstitutional acts. The definition of license comes from Black's Law Dictionary, which defines it as "..the permission by competent authority to do an act which without such permission, would be illegal." You do have a right to travel. However, your only right as a subjugated U.S. citizen is the right to reside. US vs. Valentine 288 F. Supp. 957

@provc There are many who fight the 'right to travel' arguments. However, the sole focus of the NCAR is the adjudication of the unconstitutional Reconstruction acts which removed state citizens, overthrew states, and is at the very root of the corruption. Adjudicating Reconstruction is the "reset switch" to return us to a lawful union of sovereign states.

It seems like people would rather be mad, and cry about issues. As opposed to being secure in their freedom, and asserting their rights. I guess freedom is work, and it is easier to be a vessel of the state? Anyway..... God be with you guys.

What you guys are doing is righteous. I really appreciate the work your group is doing. I wish more people would take the time to understand how the government defrauds us. Everyone knows they are getting screwed, but they are confused as to how and why. If people would get passionate about their freedom, but politics and law are boring to most. I can follow you guys no problem, but average attention span of people not so good.

Allen v Wright- "injury must be distinct and palpable and not abstract or hypothetical." Tickets are a fraud. Period. Revenue generation. Check out Adrian Schoolcraft case. I know from experience that NC judges and prosecutors are liars and scumbag traitors. They deserve to be hanged. period.  One of the fundamental elements of a crime is AN INJURED PARTY.
