In which I revel in the beauty of the great outdoors.

Also, the bird nest apparently came from my dad, who, while clearing away the overgrowth of foliage in the yard, decided to clear out our vine-ridden bird houses as well. Unfortunately, the birds in question were apparently not done using this nest, so when they eventually came back to the house, they were pretty pissed. Or at least confused. Poor birds.

  • Maybe after this weekend, we will get our well-deserved respite from rain and wetness and humidity!!

We also have a spider plant in our backyard. It too comes equipped with a troll cave, albeit a smaller one. Still, small trolls are feisty.

Spinning Montage and a fade to white! I loves it!

  • I can only hope!

Spider plant, spider plant, does whatever a spider...can't. Which is, like...eating a buffalo. And shaving.... And yes, small trolls ARE feisty. I bet that spider plant is there guarding it, to keep it at bay. Think about it.

  • Bees are no fun! :( I stepped on one barefoot when I was a kid. That hurt an awful lot.

Green is good! You're so lucky you live where you are. At least when you have a nice day outside, you have some nice green things to look at. All I have to look at is other houses and my teeny tiny yard. All I can do is go to the forest preserve, and there's always gazillions of bugs there. I want a home that has more yard.

  • I really do love this area for that reason. It's beautiful here all year round, but especially in spring and summer, when everything seems to explode with green. A yard is a nice thing to have. I would certainly recommend it.

  • So the bees made a load of bee-holes?

    What a bunch of a-holes.

    *cough cough*

    I'll go now.

  • Beautiful sky <3

  • Very well done. :) You've found it. This is the third comment and next lesson. I want you to get outside, look at nature, and not take it for granted. Take long walks. You need to put down the school books, get out of the house, and feel the sun on your skin! Enjoy those blue skies. All right, next lesson. You will find it in the video by lifein2011 called "The Grass Isn't Greener." No doubt, you'll have guessed the lesson already, but watch the video. :) Listen to what she has to say.

  • if rupert never listened to u before... how did u know when he went deaf? :D

  • Yeah...in the beginning it was seasonal and nice, but now it's just irritating and sort of depressing. But it's still much, much better than snow!
