I'd say, since Rareware is currently doing tons of cocaine and paint whiffets with Microsoft, a more modern and fresh developer should do banjo x or threeie, like retro studios (donkey kong country returns), provided they can obtain the rights. maybe Nintendo, in all of their glory, could buy back rareware, or at least the Banjo Kazooie rights, and bring them back where they belong! Viva La Nintendo!!!

It wouldn't help if Nintendo bought back Rareware. The original team is gone, (although I do believe Retro Studios was formed by people who left Rare), so it's unlikely we would get any more gems like Conker's Bad Fur Day or Banjo-Kazooie. Although, it might be that Microsoft isn't letting the current team achieve greatness (*cough* KINECT ADVENTURES *cough*). Anyway, sorry to shoot down your dreams, man :\
