  • @x0xSOLEx0x Hatchery Wyandottes, sorry, will always look that skinny. Trust me, I've had some for 3 years now, and you should consider comparing them to heritage and/or show type ones. Like the ones from Paul's Poultry. He has what Wyandottes should look like! :)

  • @Illiasc Actually, when they are very young (and that bird looks less than six months old) they do have a "rangy" look, as do most other chickens. I call it the "awkward teenage phase." My own Wyandottes are in this stage right now, and all my other breeds also go through this phase.

  • When i was in El Salvador we had a variety silver laced rhode islands, I would say every chicken type. they all scurried around and layed eggs.

  • They are not called "Wyandotte Dot" chickens, and they certainly shouldn't look as skinny and rangy as that bird. . .

  • what is the name of the bantam chicken that looks like this?

  • I love these series of videos. VERY informative thank you

  • adorablee!

  • So pretty. I just ordered 3 silvers and 3 goldens.

  • My silver Lace hens are entirly back with only a few lace feathers on them, if they have chicks will they also be entirly black or will they look like the hen in this vidio?

  • I love Wyandottes, they're so gorgeous!

This is a great series and that is a beautiful chicken coop.
