Beautifully done.. I remember seeing the day with the green grass i Reno covered with Vince/s White Ak. participants... it is an amazing feeling to be a part of a group form practice. Beautiful. I wished I had started young, it is such a FIND ARTFORM and practice.

Doesn't Aikido also teach pressure point techniques?. If so, then all the criticism of its effectiveness is moot. You wouldn't need very much in the way of moves to neutralize someone.
