    They where Normally recruited Humans.

    The Emperor stopped the production of Clones after the Battle of Coruscant. Episode 3. ^-^

    I do love how they manange to show emotion even with the helmets.

    like at 00:45 even with the helmet, the guy reacts with shock when hearing the other that the other guy was on his way to the death star.

    It was actually a mixture of the two. As of the time of the First Battle of Yavin (Episode 4), it was roughly 1/3 clones and 2/3 recruits. Han Solo was one of the recruits, and that's how he met Chewie.
