Many invasive techniques have arisen throughout Asia to reduce the size of a prominent jawline. However, Dr. Lam advocates a simple solution to reduce the size and flare of one's jawline. A wide jawline can make the Asian face look flatter in appearance and is a trait more common in particular in the Korean ethnicity. However, Dr. Lam has applied his technique in many Asian ethnicities, including Chinese and Vietnamese patients, as well as in Caucasian individuals. In particular, a female with a broader jawline may have an unflattering, masculine appearing face. Within minutes, Dr. Lam can transform the lower face without the use of any incisions.
Dr. Lam is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has authored three major facial plastic surgery textbooks, including Comprehensive Facial Rejuvenation: A Practical and Systematic Guide to the Aging Face, Cosmetic Surgery of the Asian Face, and the recently published Complementary Fat Grafting. Dr. Lam has also published over 100 book chapters and scientific articles on the subject of facial plastic surgery and lectures nationally almost on a monthly basis on facial plastic surgery. I've seen your work and they are really good. 2 questions.. 1. Do the results stay forever or do you have to get more botox every now and than? and 2. Can you make a round jaw/face into an ovalish/squarish face?

@okaymichellee 1. no, but with a few rounds it can last longer and longer especially if i target the junction of the bone and muscle where the overgrown bone can sometimes start to soften as well. 2. not always. if the muscle is the problem then yes. if bone and fat are more prominent then no. :)
