A couple cool bender licks I showed Travis Bettis (Lee Brice guitarist) after I built him this guitar, he recorded them with an I-Phone and here they are for the world to steal... or steel :) www.ForrestCustomGuitars.com
@chillichomper: The bender works via a spring-loaded lever installed inside the body, and connected to the B-string through the top, near the bridge. As others here have written, it is actuated by pulling on the strap.
I was at Guitar-center a while ago trying this guitar out and they didn't have a strap on it. For the life of me I could not get this damn thing to do what this guy did. Lesson learned, can't be sitting playing this guitar.
@chillichomper the bender is in the body of the guitar. The actual mechanism that activates the bends is attached to the guitar strap. You can see him pulling down on the neck of the guitar, and activating the bender where the strap attaches to the strap button. You'll see the strap button moving, that's the bender working. It bends the B string back at the bridge (where a little round knob is seen at the beginning of the video).

So how exactly is the bending happening? I don't see the strings being pushed. Is he pressing something on his hip?
