@Arneneithel that's a very good insight. We do get back what we reflect outward, mostly, but not always. Some people are simply mean and the nicer you are the meaner they will be. Its important not to encourage them by bowing too much. Right understanding and Right action are part of the middle way, in the noble eightfold path also Sadhu

I'm from Indonesia, so forgive me for my poor english. This is my favorite paritta through all the parittas i've known. Rendering this paritta helps me to do good to others and to avoid myself from hatred.
