A GOLD STAR TRIBUTE

Since Carlos Arredondo's son Alexander was killed in action in Iraq in 2004, Carlos has had a difficult time dealing with his grief.
He built a memorial to his son and this week added a memorial to pay tribute to a Bridgewater Marine, Kevin Preach, who died last week from battle injuries suffered while fighting in Afghanistan.
Carlos brought the memorial to Bridgewater center to give people a place to grieve while they wait for the funeral for Kevin Preach, with full military honors, which will be held on Wednesday.
