It is pretty easy to hold someone who weighs more (not the case here) by simply dropping your centre of gravity. If they are doing the Uni-lateral rows for example you can hold a deep squat. The idea for the resistance with the system is that one arm is providing resistance for the other so that the person does not have to pull you hard, rather work his arms against each other. There will still be some pulling involved- also make sure they do long, sexy rows with chest up, shoulders back and each arm coming all the way back. They will get the back and biceps feeling it very quickly!

That looks like an efficient workou, both for the one doing the exercis, and for the buddy holding the uhm equipment.
What is that type of equioment called, and can you post some more exercises done with that?
