I know this about the sanding captivate but is there any way I could do this for the motorola atrix 4G?
-
Its a shame what ATT does to this great phone. They limit everything we can do even 3g/hspa up/down speeds. but all can be fixed easily. Everyone be thankful we have a samsung. they are the easiest to hack, and the hardware is amazing once you install custom rom.

@rap33r100 yea thats what i thought. that was two months ago tho imma expert at this captivate shit now lol.
Doesn't downloading non-authorized apps leave you vulnerable to trojans apps?

@bobg3723 thats a possibility, but just be care of what you install. Also at&t blocks certain apps from the market but those apps are on verizon/tmobile/sprint's market. this will allow you to get those programs if you choose.
I always google and get opinions on apps before i install them anyways so just do your research and you will be fine.

Can you make another video on how to sideload apps?
Mogen123 1 year ago
@Mogen123 i will try to make a better video that explains it better. thanks for your suggestion!

Thanks for your videos. It's much easier to see someone tell you the steps than to just read them. Especially if you're new to android like I am. Thanks to your videos my Captivate is now rooted and the market only restriction is gone. Have you removed the AT&T bloatware from your phone yet? I've been hesitant to do it for fear that I would need to bring the phone in to be looked at and I wouldn't be able to get the apps back on.

@KILLhottytoddy yeah i removed them, but i did make backups prior using titanium backup. I also have a complete backup solution just in case i messed up my system files. I put the phone into recovery and it will restore to where i created my backup. I will make a video to cover this as well.
