Failed to Create D3d Device "Fix"

since Camtasia was to gay to NOT handle MP4 files and it couldent capture when the game started. but you can hear it and it worked for me :)

It works!

But when I'm in game I get 4 FPS instead of 60 and the game crashes after 5 minutes of play.
