NO DIVE! His left supporting leg is kicked aside. A counterstatement had to be published on the allegation that he had admitted a dive and on digitally reprocessed videos you can clearly see the foul.

@YrrHoch3 I'm glad you are one of the very few people who notice that Cruyff was fouled outside the box. For some reason nobody who reviews this game ever mentions that.

Very hard to tell. Not too many of the Dutch players nearby were complaining. Holland got a questionable penalty before that. Cruyff was fouled outside the box if you look at it. Germany should have gotten another penalty later on in the game and had a goal ruled off. For some reason nobody ever mentions these scenes.

how come we still dont wear shorts like that hhaaha ?

i think holzenbein has admitted it was a dive.
if you watch the whole game the germans had another, more legit, penalty appeal rejected

Beschwerst dich und kannst nicht mal richtig Deutsch! xD

@dylan94lfc yeah, right! Look again. What are you going to do when the moving leg is suddenly stopped? You fly and when gravity takes over, you dive! Off course you would want to have a controlled crash to minimize the risk of major injury!

but who won the war?
he DID dive, he could've stepped over his leg, but he DID dive.
