You guys never explain anything. Why do this? what are the benefits? How many sets? How may reps? How often?

@shea21212 You guys? It's just me. 3 sets of 10 each side. Few times a week. With that said, these numbers completely depend on what type of shape you are in and what your goals are, what sport you play etc. When I make a workout for a client and I refer them to a video they have all that information. This is to show them the exercise if they forget how to do it or I am training them from a distance.
