Salvador Dalí Museum and Nelson Poynter Memorial Library, USF St. Petersburg
visualKultur.cat (visual culture catalonia) is a visually stunning exhibit of artists' book in Dalí's native Catalonia, and an excellent introduction to Catalan design and culture from Salvador Dalí to the present. The exhibition is on view February 20-June 14 at the Dalí Museum and the Nelson Poynter Memorial Library at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. Library hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-10:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am-5:00 pm; and Sunday 1:00 pm-7:00 pm. The exhibition is curated by Vicenç Altaió and Daniel Giralt-Miracle and organized and funded by KRTU and the Institut Raimón Lull, Generalitat de Catalunya, the Government of Spain and SEACEX. The exhibition at the USF St. Petersburg library is free and the exhibition at the Museum is free for USF Students.
