does it matter if the old capacitor was 50/60hz and the new one is 60/50hz?

My dual round capacitor has no stamped on the body of the cap, made by aerovox ,it doesnt say anything about number of uF, just the # SH1238, I dont know what this means? the only info I have is in the compressor stamped as p55-123148-31 & the fan is 5uF/370 volt,does this number of the compressor can anybody tell me & to determine the value im looking for? I took it to a parts store but they couldnt help me either (no reading in their tester for mdf)...thxxx

I have a meter. The biggest problem I have is knowing which holes to plug the test wires into (there are 4) and what settings you put the meter on..

Take James advice and get your spring check up and save yourself a lot of time and money
