The Columbia County Sheriff's Office has launched their own "New Leash on Life" program that benefits inmates at the Columbia County Jail and homeless dogs. This was a partnership between the Columbia County Sheriffs Dept, Dept. of Corrections and the Columbia Greene Humane Society. Lance Wheeler Video
