(Rebel Robbery reader with photo) Sheriff's are still attempting to locate Donald Deloney for Burglary, Robbery, Kidnapping, Grand Larceny regarding the early Tuesday morning robbery of the Rebel one Gas station. Mr. Deloney entered the convenience store at the corner of Hwy 160 and 372 around 3:30 am This video footage is of the man entering the store and handing the clerk a note. After which he pulls a mask over his face brandishes a gun and robs the store. Deloney was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt, blue jeans and a tan jacket, and white sneakers. 49 year old, Donald Ray Deloney, is 5 foot 7inches tall. He weighs 220 pounds and usually has black hair. He is currently bald. He has brown eyes Donald Deloney has several prior arrests for the same type crimes and has a very violent and dangerous past. (Helicopter crash reader no photo) Five people are dead after a tour helicopter crashed in treacherous terrain near Lake Mead around 5:00 p.m. yesterday on the west side of the lake near a water treatment facility. The victims' bodies are still at the scene. Authorities decided last night to suspend recovery efforts until first light this morning. they plan to pick up where they left off last night and begin the investigation into what happened. The helicopter, owned by Sundance Tours, took off from McCarran airport, toured the Hoover Dam, and was on its way back when it crashed. The helicopter involved was an AS-350 tour helicopter. The area is not accessible by vehicle, and metro police search and rescue had to reach the scene by helicopter. The identities of the victims have not been released.
