  • Is it normal for my stomach to both hurt a little and emitting strange sounds while doing these progressions? will it damage my organs? im kind of scared o.o..

  • @pivotiano Yes it normal. Same thing happened to me. You'll get used to it.

  • I don't say this often but this was a great tutorial! I can already do the regular elbow lever with ease, how long do you think it would take for me to be able to do the one arm elbow lever?

  • @Underrated555 It depends how hard you practice. If you practice everyday for 30 minutes to 1 hour, you should get it in a month or 2. Good luck man. Hope you get it.

  • also i like to practice on a tree stump in my back yard. the height of the stump makes the transition of getting your legs off of the ground easier. you can also wrap your fingers around the edge of the stump, giving you better grip and control of balance, which also lowers the learning curve of this exercise.

  • @0gravity1994 does it really take that long to do it? i got the elbow lever down a week or two ago, it took me like 2 or 3 tries. the one arm i've been playing with since then...but i only messed with it a few times, not 30 minutes a day. i feel like i'm really close on it. something i find that helps is to have something to grab on to, like a protruding brick outside or a door frame indoors, with the free hand. it lets you get the feel of where you need to balance while at full resistance.

  • @0gravity1994 ok thanks, im so inspired now to learn it! thank you :)
