Excellent! I know this is from 2007, but I hope you continue to study with the same teacher or another of the same caliber. Excellent approach, tempo and control. My only issue is that I don't think there is really a call for any stacatto in this fugue. Considering your age at this time, that was a wonderful attempt at the profound expressive possibilities of the piece. I certainly hope you are still playing in 2011, and I would love to see a current performance of this piece. Cheers!
I love your interpretation of this fugue! Only thing is... at measure 13 I believe the bass note on beat four should be an F#.. If I'm wrong, please correct me, I'm no music guru, and if it was just a slip-up, I apologize for making a big deal out of it :) I'll shut up now.
I like several things about this performance. The first is tempo. Don't ever change it because it is a very good tempo. I also agree with Mortimer123 that some of the eighths are played too staccato (beginning around 1:50). Mortimer obviously knows what he is talking about. This fugue emulates a sacred chorus and is best played in a cantabile and legato fashion.
You have a unique musicality though for someone your age and I congratulate you!
Very well played. You are both musical and intelligent, and you have thought a lot about this fugue. This is a grand piece - don't be afraid of grand expression. Particularly toward the end, you are in my view too understated. Also, I'd take the tempo just a shade down. Finally, in the third theme, the eighth notes should in my view be played a little bit broader, a little more portato. You play them almost staccato, too dry for my taste. But these are just quibbles. Great work!

Beautiful interpretation both of Prélude and Fugue. Perhaps you could play with a greater freedom (forgive my poor english!).
