Noble High School Senior Anthony Stanton does it again - Setting the Maine State High Jump Record at the 2008 Class A State Meet. The new mark is 6'-10.25"
i just met this guy, Anthony Stanton, on chatroulette...he seemed like a nice guy until he started to talk shit about me and my family...i'm still waiting on an apology though
If you check the IHSA website, you'd know that the record actually is 7'-5.25", set by Tom Smith in 1985. 7'-3.25" is the third best jump of all time by an Illinois high schooler. And really, I don't think me saying the Maine record isn't as impressive as others can be classified as making fun of the state. The kid is probably jumping for a Division I college.
You should probably know some things before you go bashing people. The illinois state high jump record is 7-3.25 you moron. Get your facts straight before you go make fun of otther people
6'-10.25"? No offense, but that's not that good for a state record. Most school records in my conference are around there. The Illinois state record is 7'-5.25".
@NightStandOff hes actually jumping for a Class A high school. I go to the same school that he did.

Don't worry bout him. He's too cocky for his own good, but yes, he really has jumped 2.13 so you can trust him there.

Bullshit....do you even know how high 2.12 meters is?
