both of which you can buy at wwbw website. you want the mouthpiece to vibrate at its full potential so just avoid ligatures like roveners that constrict the mouthpiece but any $12 metal ligature wud do gud too.

It's a Runyon Custom mouthpiece and if its a 9 its like a .90mm tip opening which is pretty big but thats what I play on as well (Runyon SR 9 tho) and I like it. Probably need to use softer reeds with such a big tip opening and by soft I mean anywhere between 1 1/2 up to 2 1/2 depending on which brand you buy. As far as ligatures a lot of players use the vandoren optimum which is good or francois louis ultimate ligature
