Avril Lavigne - Birthday Party in Bikini

Singer Avril Lavigne faced off against Mother Nature to ensure that her 26th birthday celebration yesterday at Wet Republic at MGM Grand wasn't rained out. Lavigne battled thunder and lightning -- and won. Nobody is gonna rain on her birthday parade!
Vegas DeLuxe's insider spywitness reported that Lavigne arrived ready to rock and party wearing a black tank top and black cropped pants with a hint of color in her pink zebra-printed belt. Proving she is a punk princess to the core, her fingernails were manicured with silver and black polish.
Lavigne and her entourage made their way to a VIP bungalow, where they were delighted to discover Hpnotiq candy-themed decor. The "Skater Boi" and "Girlfriend" singer started snapping photographs on her black-rhinestone cell phone of the Hpnotiq-swirled lollipops and pink skull-and-crossbones decorated bags.
Lavigne slipped into a turquoise bandeau bikini, and her girlfriends toasted her birthday with shots, but then the party was dampened by rain, thunder and lightning. Lavigne grabbed a lollipop to use as a magic wand and commanded the rain to stop. The daytime revelers took her lead and began a dance party in the rain with DJ Hollywood at the wheels of steel.
She changed into a cobalt-blue hoodie as cocktail servers with dozens of sparklers surprised her singing "Happy Birthday." The birthday girl danced around during the serenade when she was presented with a three-tiered Hpnotiq-swirled and skull-and-crossbones cake.
The spywitness concluded, "It was as if Mother Nature was watching and obeying the commands of the punk princess. The weather began to clear, and the sun returned just in time for the birthday celebration to really blast off at Wet Republic."
