Runescape: Prayer - Dragon Bones: Gilded Altar

I am using the castle wars banking method for training prayer. This is possibly the best way to train prayer, of course using frost dragon bones are faster experience, and using a Pak-Yak greatly improves the xp/hr. At the making of this video, frost dragon bones are about 10gp/xp higher than dragon bone, so me being the cheap nub I am, I am obviously using normal Dragon bones. Using a Pak-Yak, Frost Dragon bones, Gilded Altar, and Incense burners can bring the xp rate up to 1,000,000 prayer experience points per hour.
