McCrory is a good fighter. most of his losses are against heavyweights. In fact, his first defeat was against a heavyweight. He is a natural cruiserweight.

Firehorse, Glen was a little unlucky in that he was a Cruiserweight fighting guys two stone heavier. I still maintain that he was a good boxer, he won titles and he was the best Cruiserweight in Europe.

So true, I met Glenn in a bar recently and he was a true gentleman. He posed for a photo with me and gave me an autograph. He even told me what a punch from Tyson felt like when I asked!
Sorry, but a "bum" doesn't rise to the point of fighting Lewis - name one other person from the North East who managed that. He was a champion, and a local hero.

he is a bum in boxing terms u idiot..he was hardly mohammed ali...he defended his ibf title once then lost it,the cruserweight division was very weak at that time also he won the title from a guy called patrick lummumba who had lost 2 out of 10 of his fights...mcrory only won a title because it was a weak division...hes lost 8 fights out of 30,hes been beaten by bums the only name on his resume is lennox lewis and he got destroyed in that fight..shut you pie hole mate i knw more than you!!

ive met glenn a couple of times at fights and weigh ins and hes always been a proper gent, always got time for people. great guy.
