Alice Cooper - The Nightmare Returns DVD Review

A review of the 2006 DVD release of The Nightmare Returns by Alice Cooper. This is a re-release of a VHS tape that came out in 1987. (This is an edited version of the original review I had uploaded in October, 2009. I had to remove the clip of the band performing due to copyright restrictions.)

cool review....however u mention a 75 min show..When I saw this concert I belive he played 23 songs!!!! Vinnie Vincents Invasion was the short warmup act

@kaiserscooby Thanks! As for the length of the show, I'm just referring to the time of the show on the DVD, which is a show that was broadcast on MTV back in '86.

Good review! I watched this on Halloween night many years ago....and have never forgotten it! What a show Alice puts on! Actually I did not know it was available on DVD.....thanks for the heads up.

They should've been like fuck the audience we're gonna play our new stuff whether they friggin like it or not! I don't mean the whole album, but atleast 5 new songs would be nice.

i got that 1986 dvd and they only played friggin 3 songs from Constrictor what a fuckin waste!!!

Dammit they played 17 songs, could've atleast played 2 or 3 more new songs

Thank god they played The World Needs Guts, but they could've dropped Give It Up for Simple Disobedience

And then on the friggin Trash video which I don't have and don't wanna have they apparently play 6 (!) new songs what the hell man

As far as the 75 min. show. That is it. That was the entire show. I saw him in Providence R.I. and Worcester Mass. on that that tour. Just a day or two after the detroit opening night show. The same 17 songs as are on the dvd. Coopers set list never changes during a tour. Because the show is so well planed out. A song or two may be cut at a festival for time. But 99% of the time it is the same list everynight. So that is it . Nothing has been cut from the dvd.
