  • I wouldnt be doing it over my block. no time at all to move to a table.

  • @STICKSANDSTONED Well if you actually watched and listened to the video I stated I only did it to show the viewer where the A/C and such would be and recommended not to do it on the block but on a table.

  • ALWAYS USE LUBRICATION!

  • what kind of welder is that? lol

  • @joshds25 Its been a while since i looked through this video, congrats on the baby and the house, since i had my 240 turbo i have broken a guide and messed up the motor, im currenlty rebuilding it with eagle rods and wiesco piston, im not sure how much farther im going to build it up before i have it back up and running but ill keep you posted and good luck with your build and family

  • You can mig or tig. If you mig, PRACTICE ON SIMILAR METAL OR AN OLD PAN. Make sure your machine is SET for the work you are doing. Wirespeed and amps. Square wave tig with foot control is beast on just about everything that you want to finesse with. I love those machines.

  • You dont have to weld a bung. Use a bunkhead fitting with jb weld. Not even joking. It'll hold fine. If you have a welder, obviously use that over any kind of expoxy/sealant.

  • did you tig or mig weld?? or does it matter for this case? thanks

  • @supraman121 not running right now - in the works of finishing up the motor - my buddy and myself both each had a baby, I sold and bought a house and I am remodeling it, my buddy purchased a house as well. So we have been quite busy with no time to finish things up but we are getting started back on it in a few weeks now. Its going to be a 500rwhp+ setup details are not finalized just yet.

  • @joshds25 my buddy and i got our hands on a welder and welded it in, how is your car running right now what was the setup you are running?
