you are using a broadband meter to test the magnetic field. telephones are radiating in micro micro range. The meter is not the right one to test the magnetic field.
@3:19 It seems that you have the setting to the 0-3 scale but are reading the 0-100 scale when you talk about the measurements. 0-3 scale is the middle scale and the readings did not enter the red zone. I am still trying to figure out what all these readings mean too...at 5:20 it still seems set on the 0-3 scale (and on 5:40 and 0:49 too). Like what you are trying to do, might have to rerun some reads.
That is not a shielded power line, that is a cable tv line. I also think you need to be very careful about how you are interpreting the data you get from your meter. I'm not hearing anything in your video about what units you are measuring.
to test radio/phone frequency, should used trifield 100XE EMF meter not this broadband meter man.

Hi, I take my words back. I did not get what meter it was. Now i do, so i guess the reading is fine.

You've got your meter set to 'Magnetic'...you should have it set to 'Radio/ microwave to test a cell phone. I have this same meter.
