  • @evolvetraining thank you....thank you very much. :/

  • @realweightsolution good luck with your fitness goals

  • @realweightsolution I totally understand you might not want to do that it was just a suggestion, I don’t know you either, & as a Pro Trainer I am bound by ethics and liability & there are just some things that require visual & or verbal confirmation to validate my advice, things like age, body type, lifestyle history, diet etc without that it is simply speculation....

  • @evolvetraining im not willing to go on a video cam with a stranger and i dont get why you need to see me to answer my question. im a 5 foot tall female weighin 110 pounds that has like a 0.9 inch layer of fat that needs to be gone so i can see my six pack. please answer my question without going to the skype extreme

  • @realweightsolution thats No problem at all, but without visibly seeing you I can’t answer your last question, you could Skype (video call) me and I could then help with that one...

  • @evolvetraining Thank you and sorry about my slowness! and i have a couple of other questions too that you may be able to answer!the reason i want to lose weight is to reveal my six pack. i know i have one cause 6 months ago itwas visable it but i gained weight now theres a tiny little layer of fat. i found out that the trampoline burn about 407 cals in 20 minutes.im gunna do that and these sit ups. how fast do you think i will lose this little layer of fat?thank you soo much for helping!

  • @realweightsolution great that your adding in cardio and sorry about tech terms but important i state them, and yes in short you will lose more fat!

  • @evolvetraining so once again please tell me in less technical terms. it wil burn fat or i wont? i am going to go on the trampoline for 30 minutes a day to but like will this make me lose even more fat??

  • @realweightsolution just on its own and nothing else will help pull your waist line in, tone and strengthen your abs yes, dispersement of fat yes, so lose fat yes, but as for burning fat more effective in conjunction with some cardio, weight training and a good diet

  • @evolvetraining sooo that means it wont make me los any fat???
