if u dont have the app theres also a way someone can get u the blue flame helmet i thought it was only one flame helmet per person but no u can get as many all i got it for my lil brother basically in the app i sign into my bungie account and activitate blue flames then i sign out and i sign into my lilttle brothers bungie account and activate the flames and so yeah :)
