my boyfriend has herpes but I dont , so would lysine prevent me from getting it? that would be great!!! however I have had mono which is epstein barr, and I just found out I have MS, so what should I do? I just need some advice about this,, thank u soo very much

@nikkiboful Asolutely! Take 500 mg daily (l-lysine) for prevention. It won't interfere with MS and might help epstein barr, as it too, is in the hsv family. Also on my site, I have listed a bunch of natural remedies for herpes that work fast and work well. Apple cider vinegar (diluted) is one of them. Personally, I don't have herpes:o) but know many people who do. If you look up Herpes on my site (site search), there's a lot of new ideas that help it that are very simple. People need to know about Lysine. Its helped lots of people get over and/or control theirs. Doctors want you to get a script for herpes, but don't mention Lysine cause there's no money in it for them. Lysine really helps, and staying away from chocolate, nuts, and raisins while you're in an outbreak. Eat cheese, drink milk and eat pork. It really helps. I only want to help my friends. Lord knows we could all use some! XO Carolyn

I dunno what the stigma is. Herpes is a common condition. If we can't talk about it, then there's a real problem.
