  • Nowadays, "Spencer Tracey and Kong" wouldn't f''up with anyone's mind because they'd have no idea of the original context. FORTUNATELY, in 1975 I did, and loved the intentional confusion. This series was the last heroic gasp of Vaudeville schtick on TV and should be saluted as such. Gags honed for over 50 years saw their final bow, and poorer the world is for it.

  • Wow, I can't believe I found this! This is from my 3 to 4 year old memories! I remember these guys had a "dematerializer" or something like that as a weapon.

  • Cool but the F bomb at the end was VERY unkid friendly

  • OMFG YOUR REVIEW JUST MADE ME ORDER THAT SERIES! F*CK MAN I am 20 and a silly girl but I'm not too silly to know what is QUALITY and FUNNY :D I remember having seen some parts when I was a kid. Oh gosh that's not so long ago and I was in love with Larry Storch. I had a "Storch" (German word for stork btw) named Larry and I still have him. OMG your review... ALL OF THE AWARDS! THANK YOU!

  • im watching the Ghostbusters cartoon that was based off this show at the same time I'm watching this! ^_^

  • I remember when I was about 6 years old my dad coming back from the video store saying he had a tv show of the Ghostbusters and being more excited than you can imagine. Then we started watching it, and I wanted to punch my dad in the nuts.

As an adult though, I get what this was all about, and certainly these guys got there first - even the logo you see at 01:30 is more than a little similar to the logo that would sell millions of dollars of merchandise some years later.

  • I never heard of this show until the cartoons were battling it out. I decided to look for info on it today because I caught part of an episode on RTV (Retro TV?) Looks like the type of show I would have loved as a kid.

  • Justice has been made. These are the Original Ghost Busters. Filmation's Ghostbusters are a sequel to this show. And the Real Ghostbusters are the ripoff.

  • i remember the cartoon i didnt know it was inspired byt this live action.

  • I have been lookin for this for a long time. FINALLY I found it. Thank you so much.

  • @EalaDubh No, that was George Barrows.
