DDFF Jecht Hard Mode Arcade - Fights 26-30

The sixth and last 5 fights in Hard Arcade mode of Prologus. (Fights 26-30)
Hard difficulty. They'll fight as to what you might expect from the hardest mode in DFF... until you hit level 28.

Level 28 is Very Hard and it's been stated that these last three battles are the "final" difficulty of DDFF. They act like it, too. It's hard for me to deal with them based on reactions and they rarely mess up in chase (which I still have to get used to). They also make excellent use of assists in most cases.

I was disappointed to see Jecht on level 30 because... as you see, it isn't really interesting. It's just the computer basically trying to trap you or block most of what you throw out. He doesn't dodge, so it's really really hard to get him with an assist.

Apparently DDFF thinks that high level Jechts should rarely dodge and rely a ton on Jecht Block XD

So I hear you like Triumphant Grasp. o.O I prefer Jecht Blade as it seems to wall rush easier and the entire Jecht Blade combo inflicts more brave damage than the Triumphant Grasp combo (HP links included). Great videos, though! Being a Jecht main I really learned a lot and can't wait for the NA release! :)

@BackWhacked626 Sadly you can't equip Jecht Blade in the air on Hard Mode... they have it pre-equipped on the ground and as far as I know, you can't set it as an aerial move (except on easy). I do prefer Blade strictly for wall rushing and spanning distance though. Not having the choice really irritated me =/

I've gotten this combo to work though it requires some strict setups & what not.

"Ultimate Sublimely Magnificent Father & Son Big Bang Attack Mark III" Jecht Stream or Rush>Ground Rush>Tidus ground Assist>Ground rush>Jecht rush> Ultimate Jecht Shot>Charged Jecht stream>Wall rush>Tidus Air Assist>Jecht stream>Jecht Finger(I still call it that)>ExBurst.

@jVeysey The fact that you used Triumphant Grasp everytime makes sense now.  I'll be honest, seeing you not use Jecht Blade at all really irritated me, too... a lot. :P But it's not your fault, so I understand completely. I was hoping to see the improved tracking on Jecht Blade, though.
