The task force which handed its final report to president Mwai Kibaki and prime minister Raila Odinga, instead raised the profile of the AP force, recommending that the two forces should remain Independent with one renamed the Kenya police service headed by an inspector general and the other to be known as the administration police service to be headed by a commandant general. Andrew Ochieng with the highlights of that report.
It's shocking to see the police beating people with their rungus, anywhere else iot happen it would be unacceptable. This should not happen in Kenya, we are not animals.
